Bedding is included, as well as towels in the bathroom. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave and washing machine. There is no dryer, but drying racks are included. Basic dishware and silverware are included. There is off-street parking for one vehicle and on-street parking for one vehicle.
