situated in the most quiet neighborhood of Matagorda, large back porch with 8 foot bench, gas grill, 2 recliners, screened in front porch, 1 king bed, 2 twins, all with bamboo sheets, bathroom has wifi radio, rain shower, hair dryer, charge station in living room, dish washer, washer, dryer, all new pots and pans, utensils, glass ware, towels, This is a free standing house, with plenty of space to park your boat. You'll access through Cypress on the left of the house where the lockbox is located on the back porch. During your stay you can call, email or text me. I'll respond the fastest by texting me The neighbors are mostly weekenders who own their place You will need a car to get around in Matagorda. The house is located about 4 block down from Highway 40 (Fisher Street). When you want to go to the beach, you'll have to cross the bridge. No pets unless you talk to me and we'll go from there. no smoking in the house
