Pet friendly home on Pine Lake. Amazing lake veiws

Looking for a clean and relaxing vacation? We can accommodate up to 6 and gladly accept pets! We are directly on the water and have 3 docks to offer for guest use during warm months. Great fishing spot with kayaks included to explore on the lake. Our gas fireplace on the deck provides amazing scenic moments and memories. Gas grill, outdoor furniture, clean space to swim between docks, and so on! Cable, WiFi, and board games provided in home! If booking after April 2022 please note that photos will not be up to date until remodeling is complete. We’re very excited to improve our space for our guests!*** Beautiful cozy home on the water. Sleeping space is an open concept; queen bed and futon available on main level of home with a loft area over looking most of the home. An additional mattress, toddler mattress and plenty of floor space for air mattresses are available in the loft area. Please note that these spaces are all open and “shared” with whomever you are booked with. * *This property does not have city water and instead has well water that runs through a softener.** We have provided basic amenities including towels, bathroom necessities, extra sheets, dishware, and basics to start you out on a relaxing vacation. We also try our best to keep refreshments and snacks on hand! So help yourself to anything you see and always feel free to leave any unopened snacks for the next guest. Docks are available for guest use. We have a total of 3 docks available to be used to dock watercraft, swim between, walk/fish on, or just sit a chair on. Three kayaks are included for guest use. Life jackets are also provided and required to have on board during kayak use! Personal boats, jet skis, and kayaks are welcome! Our driveway offers enough parking to fit a boat trailer and additional vehicles. *The far right parking space of the driveway is reserved parking for owners to access their dock and boat.* If you are interested in boat rentals there are a few marinas right on the lake that offer that and can accommodate you accordingly! Plenty of area to swim between the docks. We do not provide floatation devices, (aka ring floats, lounge chairs, arm floats, and so on), so please bring your own! However if previous guests leave behind floatation devices and do not want them back they will be available for use, but do not count on this as it is not a guarantee! Please note that our home is directly on the water and plan accordingly. We do not provide bug spray, or sunscreen. Although things may be left behind we do not guarantee to have these items at all times! Due to the location of our home we do have bugs that come out at night. Waterfront homes attract many bugs, birds, and fish. Please note by booking our home you understand that you may see such things often. Decor, towels, and bedding may vary between guests. Guests have access to entire home and yard. This includes: 3 docks right on Pine Lake. BBQ grill. Outdoor fireplace. Kayaks. Lawn chairs. *Please note that our far right dock is used to store a personal boat and the owner is allowed access to one parking spot, the far right sidewalk area, and the far right dock slip. Host is always available to help with any questions, recommendations or information. You can’t get any closer to the water than what we have to offer! Pine Lake is a beautiful, clean lake with optimal fishing and boating opportunities. We have great local marinas on the lake that can help you with any boat rental needs. Soldiers Memorial Park, Fox Park and Luhr Park are a few wonderful local options that offer great hiking and biking opportunities nearby. If outdoor adventure isn’t an option because of weather we’re only moments away from popular casinos, outlet shopping malls, wineries, breweries and great dining! Great onsite parking available. Can fit a truck and boat trailer along with 3-4 other cars. We’re very excited to improve our space for our guests!*** **the sandy beach area is private property, we do not own this land.** **the back of the house is all lakefront, our deck hovers over the lake. We do not own the water, so you may see other people at anytime on the lake. This includes fisherman all year round, including wintertime ice-fishing. As well as kayaks, boats, swimmers, and so on. *This property does not have city water and instead has well water that runs through a softener. **our home is pet friendly and most of our guests do take advantage of this. We love to provide a space where pets and their owners alike can get away. We do not recommend booking if you have pet allergies. *The far right dock slip, sidewalk, and parking area are reserved for a personal boat and the owner may access it at anytime. Although we provide a lot, if you do plan to use addition sleeping areas such as futon, air mattress or couch please bring your own blanket or comforter. Please note that sleeping areas are open concept on main floor (queen bed/futon and common spaces), with addition more private option of a loft overlooking the rest of the house (mattress and toddler mattress). Because of this open concept there are no closed rooms, so you will be sharing the space with your entire group of guests. If you bring a previously approved pet please make sure to bring a tie out and keep them leashed at all times. Other pets live in this area, and wildlife is always around. Please pick up waste in yard from dog, and note you will be charged if destruction to home occurs. There is no smoking inside home! If found smoking in home extra charges will be applied. You may smoke outside, but please use an ashtray and do not throw cigarettes in yard or in water! If snacks or beverages are left unopened we will not throw them away, instead we will leave them for future guests to enjoy. Although we will check expiration dates during cleaning it is up to you to examine anything and make sure it is fit for consumption as we do not hold responsibility for anything food related. We are a waterfront home that attracts bugs. Please note at any given time while outside, and even sometimes while inside, you may see a bug or two. We will not refund a stay because of a small bug. Please keep food and drinks picked up while outside to avoid attracting bugs. If there is an invasive situation please contact us immediately so we can handle it.
