Lower Level w Private Bath

My house is located in a quiet area in town on a dead end street, by the park, the back of my home overlooks a small pond, restaurants & grocery stores are 5 min away. Balmoral Park is 10 min away. Train station is 10 minutes away in University Park. Tinley Park Convention Center, Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, St. Mary's, Riverside Medical, CSL Behring, Exelon, Dow Chemica, ONUl & Kakakee State Park are 20 min away. I-57 is 5 min away and Downtown Chicago is 45 min away This is located on the lower level. You have your own college size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave, the best part, the bathroom is all yours. My cats do have excess to this room, and are very loving, you MUST love fur babies to stay here :). There is a full size bed with a living room with a TV (Roku). Pub table where you may eat your meals. Neighborhood is very quiet and crime free, park is perfect for walking or jogging, or perhaps you would like to have a picnic by the beautiful pond. Bars, Restaurants, Gas Station & Berkots are only 5 min away. I do have cats and dogs. My dogs are not allowed upstairs where you are residing. I do foster puppies & dogs, so expect alittle noise at times and possibly some singing :)
