We are located in the heart of Santee, two minutes from Lake Marion, the largest lake in South Carolina. Whether you are looking for a relaxing round of golf or a beautiful day of fishing, we are a perfect location to start your fun. We have multiple units so your unit may not have this exact furniture but layout is the same. Adjunct to the villas/townhouses is Palmetto Traverse an 18-hole putting course. The price is for two guests there is a $20 per guest per night charge. This is also listed in house rules. Lake Marion Golf Course Pro Shop is open from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. We are within in minutes of Santee State Park. Santee has three championship golf courses. Local restaurants are within walking distance if you choose. There is no public transportation. However, restaurants, convenience stores and etc. are within walking distance or a short drive.
