A Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of the Village

Whether you are local to the area and need a temporary place to stay, or coming home to visit family and friends, our place is clean and welcoming. The Village is a walkable community with restaurants, shopping, cafes, all just five minutes by foot or bike. Fabulous hiking trails and parks nearby. There is a spacious living/dining room area and has been recently updated and painted. There is high speed internet and two AC units. Living room has futon couch and loveseat. Parking in driveway. It is a really cozy, very clean apartment that is freshly painted. It has a nice porch to enjoy a drink and watch the world go by and to look out on a small park with beautiful old trees. The space is very quiet and relaxing. PLEASE NOTE-Our apartment is on the second floor and may not be conducive for people who have trouble climbing stairs. Also, our bathroom has an old old fashioned original claw foot tub and may not be accessible to those who have difficulty climbing in and out of high edge tubs. Second floor apartment and shared front porch. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We live in the neighborhood and are available for emergency needs or any issues that may arise with the apartment during our guest’s stay. The Village of Hamburg is a wonderful area full of people, restaurants, cafes, shops, cinema, and trees. Please do not park on street during winter months at night. Otherwise, street parking is fine from April 15th to November 1st. Please park in the driveway in guest parking spot that is designated on the left side of the driveway in front of shed and left side of the garage. Our neighborhood/community is walkable. Hiking, swimming, birding, and nature opportunities abound. Some of these include: 18 Mile Creek Trail, Chestnut Ridge County Park, Lake Erie Trail, Tifft Farm Nature Preserve, Evangola State Park, Bennett Beach, Zoar Valley Multi Use Area, Knox Farm State Park, Niagara Falls Gorge Trail. There are many more.
