Family friendly and with easy access to both Baltimore and Washington, DC, Clarksville is located just outside of Columbia, MD, a city designed by Jim Rouse, who also restored Boston's Faneuil Hall, New York's South Street Seaport and Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It is an extremely family friendly city with numerous parks, play areas, outdoor concerts, shopping and both chain and fine dining restaurants. The fee for commercial use is by individual consideration. Guests will have full access to the outside property, deck and barbecue The inside property consists of two levels. The first level is full access, with the exception of one restricted computer room. The second level consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is one additional bedroom with restricted access. The owners may be in the seperate entrance basement apartment during a guest's stay and if so, are available for any reason. The Walk-out basement may also be available by separate reservation and for an additional fee. That space is for those not requiring kitchen facilities It features two bedrooms, full bath and large living room. It sleeps 6, including a pull out sleeper sofa and, when available, may be seen at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2918097 The above information and pricing is for non-commercial use, only. Commercial use, such as for television/movie filming is also available, but at a different quoted rate, does not include overnight stays and requires a certificate of liability insurance to be posted by the company using the property. We are usually on premises and will interact with guests as their needs dictate. I am happy, with guest's permission, to enter the premises when guests are out, in order to provide fresh towels, freshen beds, remove garbage and wash dishes. This is an extremely quiet and family friendly neighborhood with easy access to Washington, DC, Baltimore and Columbia, MD. There is bus service to DC, Baltimore and the DC Metro system approximately an 8 minute car drive from the property. Driveway and on street parking is available.
