Private Serenity- The historic waterfall cabin

Serenity. Nothing is better than waking up to the sound of the running stream with the birds singing! This house is located on a beautiful field of land with your own private hiking trails and 2 beautiful streams of water with a few smaller waterfalls all around. The house is located 5 minutes away from the following attractions: 1- Mountain Creek Resort 2-Warwick drive in movie theater 3-The Appalachian trail 4-Goat yoga 5-Horse riding 6-Escape rooms 7-TreEscape adventures and so much more! NO outside guests without hosts’ approval. If we see there are outside guests during your stay you will be charged per person fee, no exceptions. Must be 21+ to reserve OR younger than 21 but with a minimum of 3 reviews *Pets are considered on a case-by-case bias. If approved, it’s $50 fee per pet. Celebrating the 100th anniversary of this once mill-house built in 1920! Everything is newly renovated with remnants of the mill-house all throughout the property! Two bedrooms: 1 queen hybrid mattress and 1 twin. Each have their own closets. The couch in the living room is a pull-out couch with a full size bed for extra sleeping area. This will be your own private house paired with a 4K Smart TV (with access to Netflix, Hulu and many others), strong 50 mbps wifi, Keurig coffee machine, and a outdoor grill for you to cook. The steps we are taking to ensure the house is clean: -using Clorox disinfectant to deep clean the whole house (doorknobs, appliances, etc) -washing all linens on the highest heat -leaving on all fans during the grace period to ensure extra ventilation of the space You have access to the whole cabin with acres of exploration. Please note that if you’re visiting in summer, this cabin is completely surrounded by nature so the plants will be taller than shown in photos as they grow very fast. You also may see various types of wildlife on or nearby (deer, beavers, groundhogs, chipmunks, blue jays, & robins). If you need any help during your stay, you can reach out to me or my partner. This is truly an amazing historic town with so much to offer! Nature lovers rejoice as there are many hiking trails to explore in the area with all types of wildlife! For adventure seekers, Mountain Creek is a 5 minute drive with mountain bike riding, ziplining, treetop adventure rope course, and a mountain coaster. There's also skydiving and hang-gliding offered about 20 minutes away! For those looking more to relax, you can drive 10 minutes to town and see the various antique shops, older Victorian-style houses, and eat farm-to-table goods! This is truly a town worth exploring and we'll ensure you have all the information needed to make the most out of your stay! About 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from NYC.
