Entire waterfront cottage in carrying place

The homestead on beautiful bay of Quinte. Lakeside resort with marina,beautiful scenery,is a good place to fish and play boat. It is a really lovely vacation home! It’s not far from the highway, but it feels plenty remote because it’s located on the end of a private lane that’s off the end of a dead end road that’s off a not-exactly-packed rural road. It’s a quiet community, please no music outdoors anytime. Gas BBQ is provided at the cottage. The cottage is at the best spot to see the sunrise. Only 40 minutes away from Sand Bank Beach. It is 10 minutes away from Trenton downtown, It is 5 minutes drive to Walmart. It's a quiet community. No music outdoors anytime. As your host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! For us to do so, we would highly appreciate if you can follow these rules and confirm this has been reviewed before stay. Please avoid loud partying when you are on the property to avoid neighbour complaint. especially keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. It would be a good idea to refrain from playing music out loud at the backyard. No illegal activities or inappropriate behaviour is allowed. Please refrain from heavy drinking. Please do not damage the property. Please do not park your car on the path outside the property as it is not part of our property. We don’t want you to accidentally park your car onto someone else’s property and get towed. The concrete ground in front of the house can easily fit 3 cars, which is usually enough for 8 people. It’s a quiet community, No music outdoors anytime.
