On a quiet side street a half block off the center of 3 Oaks main street with its arts district, galleries, music and theatre venue, art cinema, distillery, restaurants, antiques and more. Winter sports close by, and wonderful breweries and wineries. A place to relax and yet be close to everything wonderful in Harbor Country. 9 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Warren Dunes where there's great sledding in the winter. Complete kitchen. House is owned by the director of "Prancer". Pet friendly with a small doggy park behind the garage. There's Guest Parking is marked to the left of the house. Pool is shared with the other townhouse guests only, and is closed October through April.
