Quite and comfortable rental. This house has new and modern amenities. It is 2400 sqft., with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a sun room that can double as an extra bed room if needed. It is about 300 sqft. of extra room. Carpet in bedrooms and tile, hardwood in the rest of house. Presently, there is 1 King, 2 queen,1 full, 3 twin, 1 sofa bed, and 1 queen air mattress'. The house is equiped with TWC turbo 30Mbps wireless internet, cable 100+ channels, phone/fax. It is attainable throughout house and surrounding yard. There is a 39" hdtv, blue ray disc, stereo, xbox 1 in the living room , 28" smart tv and blue ray disc in the down stair bedroom and a 40" smart tv in the master bedroom. The kitchen has stainless refrigerator (plenty of room), dishwasher, stove, table/3 chairs. Dining room - oak table/6 chairs. There are two leafs for the table and additional chairs available for larger groups. Living room has 2 small couches and entertainment center. The entry way has a couch, rocking chair and Kodiak wood stove, which will heat entire house. Every room has electric heat for any zone heating required. Laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack. The house sits on 0.6 acres with woods to the front and back of house for added privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and on a dead end road for minimal traffic. It is a perfect place to stay while visiting surrounding areas or just to get away. We are conveniently located just off route 32 northbound about 4 minutes from I87 exit 20. The house is approximately equal distance between Hunter and Windham ski resorts.
