Imagine 100 plus feet of shoreline along the most beautiful body of water in the state, that is what this Higgins Lake property features and it’s located in the highly sought after West shore. The beach features shallow walk out sandy bottom great for kids young and old. The property has a 100 ft. dock, and mourning screws for you to bring your own boat. Glorious sunrises and panoramic lake views are the prime focal point here, you won’t want to stay anywhere else. The private lake front property features two newly upgraded guest buildings. Upgrades include new bedding, linens, some new furniture, fixtures, ceiling fans, appliances, countertops, dishes, flatware, cookware, and washer and dryer, as well as a new BBQ grill. In the main house you will find three bedrooms, 1 bath with tub/ shower, large dining and living area, sunroom ( still being updated) pictures to follow soon, full kitchen, and a lakeside patio. The guest house features one bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, large living room ( new queen sleeper sofa to come ) new pictures coming soon, kitchen including full size refrigerator, sink and microwave. Both houses have brand new large screen smart TV’s with cable and WI- FI included. Some extras we have included for your use while staying include the following.... hammock, aluminum paddle boat, 16 ft. Canoe, paddle board, youth kayak, and a swim raft, as well as two fire pit areas. Property manger will meet guests upon arrival, with walk thru if wanted.
