Cozy House w/ Sunroom! Sleeps 11 *NO CLEANING FEE*

Incredibly cozy house for your stay! House has three bedrooms, all outfitted with new queen beds! Also included are two roll-away twin memory foam sleepers if needed, along with three sofas that flip down into futons. Great vibe and comfort! Property has a sunroom with a beautiful view. In the sunroom is a spacious table for dinner with a view if you'd like to eat outside. The living room has a 51" tv and wifi. If you have any streaming services you can log in and use them as well! Located in the country yet only five minutes from town. A short drive from Green River Lake as well. This space is perfect if you are wanting to enjoy the lake, visit family, need a place to stay close to Campbellsville University, or any other event that is close by. Guests staying at this Airbnb have access to the entire property. I am only out of town one day a week, I'm around most all other times unless I'm gone on vacation. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or concerns along the way! I respond in a timely manner. There is a keyless entry on the property for easy check-in. Campbellsville is a wonderful quaint town with multiple access points to Green River Lake. Downtown has nice coffee and food. There are two Kroger’s and a Wal-Mart for any necessities or groceries you’ll need for your stay. There is a list of local recommendations on the refrigerator when you arrive, as well as answers to common questions regarding the property. You will need your own vehicle to get around Campbellsville but there is plenty of parking at this Airbnb and space for a boat if you are going to the lake. If you are looking for a place to stay that “feels like home” this is our hope for this space. If you enjoy cooking your own food during your stay we have a fully stocked kitchen. (Bring your own groceries) And message beforehand if you are wondering if we have something you need in particular. There is a Kroger near by where you can grab any essentials you may need, as well as groceries. We provide towels and have plenty of blankets/pillows for your stay. We also have a washer/dryer on the property.
