Quaint and cute apartment (duplex) for a comfortable stay located on Wheeling Island. You will have the entire first floor apartment to yourself. Please note that the apartment is located right next to the Wheeling Island Casino and Wheeling Island Stadium, walking distance to Suspension Bridge, downtown, and interstate. Feel at home in our quiet apartment, whether you are playing, watching, site seeing or just passing by. Enjoy Wheeling while staying at our beautiful place. We allow pets. Enter your space with your own private entrance and make yourself at home at our furnished unit. Your unit includes 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 living room, a clean bathroom, and a kitchen. Please note that the master bedroom is private, but the second bedroom is an open concept, that leads to the master bedroom. In other words, you have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the first. Amenities include, but are not limited to: Wi-Fi, toiletries, fridge, microwave, Coffeemaker (both pot and Kurieg), and self-check-in. TV is located in the bedroom, but guests can choose to move it to living room based on their preferences. The area is equipped for two guests. We will accomodate additional guests upon request. Pets are allowed with $10/night fee per pet. As a courtesy of other guests who may be allergic to pets, we request that you travel with your pet bed, and avoid pets on the bed and couches. Payment info will be provided after reservation, and also in the apartment. The guest will have no contact full access to their apartment on the main floor. The facility has two rooms, a bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and living room. There are two doors to the apartment. The right door upon entry will lead you to the apartment with contact less key pad. Please refrain from using any other lock besides the key pad. The neighborhood is quiet, and you will have a full view of Casino parking lot with ample lights at night, with no neighbors to worry about. Although we do not live in the vicinity, we are always available by email and text. We want you to be free to enjoy your visit. You will view the Wheeling Island Casino as you walk out of your apartment door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is 3 minutes to I-70. Just a 5-minute drive to Wheeling Downtown. Or take a 15-20 minute stroll through the Wheeling Historic Suspension Bridge to get to Downtown.
