My own little nest, I love this property the location is awesome! I have developed the property myself and now my family out grew the house for full-time use. I would love for people to come explore Devils Lake and take in all we have to offer. House is in prime location for fishing, 3 local access points each less then 4 miles away! Lakewood, Henegar, Eastbay hwy20. 3 bedrooms, 1 master with private bath and queen bed, another bedroom with 2 twin beds and one double bed. 1 small room with kennels, (bring your own dog bedding) some room for hunting gear, and a blow up mattress. That would probably have be used in master or living room. Living room has two futon couches that could also be a place for sleeping. And two big cozy recliners. We now cover everything to keep furniture safer and germ control as these cozy blanket covers are replaced each time. I can have it all set up for a large group(8) as comfy beds upon arrival, just give me a heads up! And another full bathroom. Laundry room available just bring your own detergent. Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals in. WE NO LONGER ALLOW FISH FRY COOKING INDOORS! Gridle for breakfast and coffee is included! Freezer has water jugs ready to go in your coolers. Outside there is a nice big deck with a propane grill and a bonfire pit in the backyard. Wifi included! Televisions are in master bedroom and living room. Also a radio and speakers for blue tooth for your own tunes! You will access house with a code. I do live in the city limits and should be around if you were to need anything. This house is locacted next to lakewood, the golf course, 5 minutes from town and many great hunting lands for whatever your interests are. Although you can't shoot in the yard you will see many pheasants and rabbit's. Quiet neighborhood and very friendly! Please be responsible and respectful as most of the neighborhood is retired. Large driveway for all your toys! Simple rules: 1) No loud parties, backyard bonfire chilling only:) 2) No fish cleaning or any dead animals ANY WHERE ON THE PROPERTY!!! 3) Your pets must stay in their kennels while in the house. ( Pethair and "accidents" will result in a fine) 4) Before you leave ALL USED towels and sheets, pillow cases, etc. must be placed in hampers located in each bedroom. Comforters are washed on rotation, but if you feel it needs washing please throw in laundry. Extra large hamper in master bedroom! 5) All used dishes must be placed in dishwasher and started. Tablets under the sink!
