1933 home renovated located in historic Jefferson, Texas! 3 bedroom 2 baths with a renovated back living room that makes it 3 private rooms sleeping up to 6 people in 4 beds! Pink & white is our theme throughout the entire home. Perfect for ladies weekends, couples on vacation or even a baby shower! The She Shack is walking distance to everything in town! Located on the Main Street, downtown Jefferson is not even a city block away from town! Special events available upon request! You will have the entire 1,600 square foot home to yourself! There have been no structural updates to the home, so you are getting the original 1933 home with a few cosmetic updates. Each room has a pop of pink to carry our She Shack theme throughout the house, but don't worry guys it's not TOO much :) Living Room is comfy & cozy with a couch & conversation seating. Dining room with seating up to 4 (additional chairs available upon request) Kitchen: Oven & Stove Microwave PINK Fridge Double Sink Coffee Pot, Coffee & Sugar Provided Assortment of plates, cups, silverware & cooking utensils Master Bedroom: King Bed & Shower Bath Bedroom 2: Double Bed & Shower/Tub Bath Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds, seating area You have access to the entire house! If you need anything just let us know! We have another local business in town and are in and out of town all day, along with our staff that can assist with any needs during your stay! Everything is walkable to downtown! You can also rent a golf cart from our friends Roy at Roy's Rails just down the street.
