Our newly renovated townhome in the historic Village of Greendale is the perfect spot for your next stay. Sleeps 8 (3 bdrms - 1 queen, 1 bunk, 1 day bed w/trundle, queen air mattress). Open concept kitchen & dining room. Spacious living room w/cozy seating & Smart TV, workspace/gaming area! Large backyard w/grill & fire pit. Directly behind one of a kind downtown Greendale with many shops, restaurants & parks. 15 min drive to downtown MKE. *Guests must read & accept house rules before booking* This modern home is newly renovated in one of the most unique areas of Milwaukee. You will love the location which is just steps away from some of the best local spots, walking paths, a vast green space with gardens & a playground for the kids! Our one of a kind Downtown Village offers a variety of restaurants & bars, shops, parks, trails, services & a charm like no other. If you are interested in our home, please understand our cleaning policy is strict. We expect our home to be left the way you found it & will charge you accordingly if it is not taken care of. Please do not book if you don't plan to clean up after yourselves. -Main level features open concept kitchen and dining, very comfortable living room with workspace/gaming area, full bathroom, laundry room with washer & dryer and access to single car parking space (additional parking on street). We are continually told the space is bigger in person than expected by our guests! -Dining table with seating & breakfast bar. -Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, mini Kuerig and all brand new appliances. -Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 day bed w/ trundle and a full bathroom. -Outside includes large backyard, fire pit with chairs, gas grill and bistro table. Adjacent to a 3 acre park with gardens and playground equipment. Wifi included Bed linens and towels provided. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. The laundry room has an iron & ironing board and toddler highchair. Central heating & cooling. A great deal of passion went into the remodel & design of our Greendale Original so that it would be a wonderful space and experience for all. We assume all of our guests will treat this home as their own, so please make sure you understand ALL of our rules and expectations to avoid any issues before booking. Please help us preserve our house for yours and others' future stays! *HOUSE RULES* * Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house or around the property. * No parties or loud music. * No pets allowed. * Leave the house in the condition you entered into it. If you leave the house a mess, there will be an additional cleaning fee. * Communicate with us if anything is broken and/or damaged during your stay immediately. If you break or damage anything, you will be charged for the cost of damage. * Respect our neighbors & neighborhood. * No guns/weapons/illegal substances/illegal activities in or around the house. * Guest must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation must be staying in the Airbnb and arrive during check in. You may not book for another person. This Airbnb is steps away from the heart of the Village of Greendale. There are walking paths & sideways throughout the area to see the many restaurants, bars, shops, etc that Greendale has to offer. The hosts live nearby and are generally very available for you if you need anything. The neighborhood offers many an abundant amount of options to spend your time.
