Our guesthouse is a clean, spacious country home nestled between 2 mountains with great scenery including an Amish farm next door. Near major tourist attractions in Lancaster. 10 minutes to Intercourse, 20 minutes to Bird in Hand, 45 minutes to Hershey. Enjoy gorgeous views of Amish owned farmland which is connected to the property. This was our first home for 9 yrs and it’s been loved and updated along the way. ⭐️Spotless upon your arrival. ⭐️15-30 minute drive to most major tourist attractions in Lancaster. ⭐️Spacious, comfortable 5 bedroom home for larger groups or families with children ⭐️First floor bedroom and bathroom ⭐️High speed Internet ⭐️Large fenced in yard ⭐️Gorgeous sunset and farmland views ⭐️⭐️ PLEASE NOTE: If your check out day is Sunday we offer late check out of 3pm. Inside you will find the fully stocked kitchen. It’s complete with toaster, blender, waffle maker and all the accessories you will need if you’re planning to eat in. In the dining room is a nice sized counter height table and a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker. You can enjoy the k- cups provided or make your favorite brewed coffee. The living room is neatly furnished with a comfy sectional and pillows and blankets. If you have kids in your group we have books, toys and games for all ages. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with queen size bed and attached full bath with double sink and large mirrors and closets. First floor laundry with washer and dryer and detergent. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, attached bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 bedroom with double bed. Also a full bathroom upstairs. We guarantee a clean, safe, comfortable space that you can call your own while you are visiting. Whether it be watching the occasional passing horse and buggy, the beautiful surrounding farmland or the picturesque sunsets, you will experience authentic country life here. We are a 5 minute drive from Walmart, Home Depot and Chilis. Also a short drive to the major tourist attractions in the area including Kitchen Kettle Village, Sight and Sound Theatres and Strasburg Railroad. Feel free to message me for a recommendation of the best restaurants/cafes in the area. There are lots of shopping experiences in and around the area as well with local merchants in the town of Intercourse and larger outlet shopping such as Tanger Outlets and Rockvale Outlets. The driveway will be shared with the trucks from our paving business. (This is a seasonal business so in the winter months there will be little traffic in and out.)The trucks will come and go in the early morning and late afternoon. The house is also next to a busy road. You will have your own parking spaces and all of the yard is fenced for the sake of your privacy. This home has no tv, but has very efficient WIFI. In respect to the neighbors we kindly ask that you quiet down by 10:00 pm. Loud music/parties and events or large gatherings are not allowed!! Please ask us before inviting additional guests. Large house with spacious yard and 2 decks. We are next door and are available if you have any needs. We do have a self check in process or we are happy to meet you at check in if you prefer and it works for us. We will respect your privacy. Our house is in a safe, country setting in a rural part of Gap Pa. You will be within walking distance of an Amish grocery store, small coffee shop and cute little gift shop. We are about a 15-20 minute drive to the famous Kitchen Kettle Village, Sight and Sound Theaters, Rockvale Sqare and Tanger Outlets and other major tourist attractions in Lancaster County. Your own car is nice to get around, but Uber and Lyft are also popular in the area. Our guesthouse is located next to a busy country road and you will hear the passing traffic. There are no close neighbors.
