Captain Gosnold Village is the perfect destination for vacations, family reunions, and wedding parties. We are family-oriented and do our best to meet the needs of the youngest to the oldest. We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests. Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. RRI will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption utilities, resort amenities, or any other service. Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. Guests will not receive an exception to the cancellation policy if unable to travel. Travel insurance is recommended Due to circumstances beyond our control, pool renovations will be taking place in 2022. We use smart home technology to ensure the comfort and quiet enjoyment of guests and residents in the community. The smart monitor may measure decibel levels, motion, temperature, humidity, the number of Bluetooth enabled devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The smart monitor is 100% privacy-safe and cannot capture audio, photos, videos, personally identifiable information, or monitor data on the internet. The monitor cannot listen to conversations or sounds and it does not have a camera. This property has professional cleaners and supervisors of cleaners who follow strict guidelines and protocols designed to prevent the spread of diseases and flu. These professional cleaners utilize hospitality-grade and EPA approved cleaning solutions and sanitizers. This 2-bedroom cottage has lawn space, air-conditioning, two private decks with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offer plenty of seating with two sofas, a chair, and a dining room table with seating for 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a cozy chair, and a TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests with a maximum of 4 adults. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life. Smoke free property. No Pets.
