Our little red one story home is within walking distance to historic downtown Grapevine (the Christmas Capital of Texas) as well as within 8 minutes to the airport. From the large backyard, you can hear the music playing at the festivals throughout the year as well as sit and enjoy the squirrels antics. Over the last 6 months, this 1950's 2 bed 1 bath home has been completely renovated into a cozy 3/2 that welcomes all visitors! The back yard is next on the list.
