Beautiful Quiet, Bright Private Room & Bath

Its a beautiful, spacious private room with a Private bathroom with shower. Plenty of Closet space available. Located in Dumont, NJ with a bus stop to NYC right on the property. Free parking and a backyard to relax. The house has small dogs n cats... No guest allowed to sleep over. Must be animal friendly to book. Shared space is Kitchen, living room dinning room. I am a busy mom who works many days, so we appreciate quite, self sufficient guest. The room is spacious with, wooden floors, 2 windows with views to the backyard and the nieghbor's house. It has a queen size bed, a dresser and 2 night stands. Its very warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We have Central Air and Baseboard heating. The Bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a sink. The closet is spacious and empty. The guest will have access to the Living room, Dinning room, Kitchen, Garage, Laundry room. Please note, we are a busy house with a teenager onsite so the shared spaces will not always be super neat and clean.. we cook ALOT so the kitchen is the busiest area.. there is a private refrigerator in the room.. Our home comes with 3 other women, my mom who is in her 60's, my teenage daughter and myself. I am VERY busy so at times, I will be tired and working on my computer. However, I still try and be social and interact with my guest. Dumont is a very sweet, quiet, sub-urban neighborhood. Very family orientated, we have many kids and friendly people. We have supermarkets, restaurants and parks. Our home is right in front of a bus stop that will take you to NYC in about an hour. I also have a car, so if I am home, I am more than happy to drive our guest anywhere. We also have bikes for our guest to use. I do provide Coffee, Tea, toast, Oatmeal and other small snacks. However, I do not have time to prepare breakfast for my guest. Also, I don't have time to pick up after my guest or wash their dishes, so its best to have a guest that is Self-sufficient and clean. I do my best on weekends to make dinner to eat together and spend time together but on weekdays its really not possible. We also have pets so we need someone who is pet friendly. We have 3 cats and 3 small dogs. The shared areas will include the cats and dogs and at times can be considered NOT so neat...
