16x20 Tiny House with upstairs bedroom, second floor living room, Bottom floor kitchen and bathroom. Nature and Catfishing on the Neuse River on 2 acres with closest neighbor a ways off. Public Boat ramp public 1.5 miles away. Quiet and peaceful. Can have 6 guests if 2 don’t mind a couch. Recliner also that is easy to sleep in as well. Mini split heating and cooling upstairs and down. Great river fishing as you will be right on the Neuse River on 2 acres with small pasture and a tire swing and regular swing. We cat fish there regularly and it produces. Have caught A bunch of citation catfish here. Home and 2 acres on the river with a creek. Can offer advise and some tips on the fishing. No pay lake so no guarantees but we catch nice ones! One mile to Seven Springs for breakfast or lunch. Small town with friendly people. Sandpiper Seafood nearby for fabulous seafood and oysters on the half shell. Plenty of parking! This is where the Ironclad Neuse was built. Battle here in Civil War in 1862. Great History and Nature. Also have a 50 amp RV outlet and all the parking you will need. Public boat ramp 1.5 miles up river.
