The Hideout

The Hideout is a 600 Square feet Studio apartment hidden behind our carport next to our house on our 2.25 acres of land, this is on the same property as Cozy Cottage which is also listed here on Airbnb, and we are right across from the Schumacher Guadalupe river crossing. We are neighbors, you will see our boys playing in the front yard on weekend or holidays, so please drive on the property with care. Public river access across HYW 39 (3-5 minute walk). The Hideout is perfect for a couple's getaway or can be an additional accommodation to use along with Cozy Cottage. The TV has an Amazon firestick available for streaming services. Your own log in is required. ***Please remember to sign out of your Amazon account prior leaving. Our cat, Mitten, free roams in the yard, she is a black and white cat, very friendly, feel free to say hi. We have a Border Aussie, Sky, and a Doberman mix named Jak. You might see them out in the evening playing fetch. We do have chickens in a fenced area at the back of the property. We normally spend an hour or so outside after dinner to let the dogs and kids play, so you will hear us outside, we tried to stay way from the Efficiency when we have guests. The Hideout sits in a quiet and family friendly picturesque neighborhood in Hunt, Texas. About 20 minutes from Kerrville for your shopping and entertainment needs, walking distance to river access. The apartment is behind our carport, please park on the right side of the trailer. There is a trash can outside of the apartment for you to use.
