Mike’s Place

Mike’s Place is a total entertainment experience! This lovely home has 3 bedrooms, 2 &1/2 bathrooms, a screened-covered, in-ground solar-heated swimming pool, a full size hot tub, an outdoor summer kitchen and so much more! Situated in town, the house is just minutes away from all major shopping and restaurant venues.   Book now to enjoy this unique Florida experience! Mike will be your host and staying within a ten minute drive should you need to reach out to him at anytime!  It’s also located 30 minutes away from the beautiful Ichetucknee River, famous for tubing and kayaking adventures, and the Suwannee River where the Suwannee River Festival is held every fall. All this at your convenient disposal but you may not even want to leave the amazing property!  The outdoor kitchen and swimming area will keep you occupied for fun-filled hours on end with numerous pool floats and toys! The master bedroom has an adjustable king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed for your sleeping comfort. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is a playroom with children’s toys and games galore, a television and a futon that sleeps even more! There is a double air mattress that can be inflated to add additional sleeping space as well. There is a sofa bed in the office that converts to a queen size bed for even more sleeping space. The huge living room has a 65” QLED TV perched over the gas fireplace making the room a very welcoming lounging area to watch all the major cable stations, as well as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Peacock.  The large modern kitchen comes complete with all appliances, including a dishwasher, a center island with two stools and a large kitchen table.  8 people could be accommodated very easily so bring the entire family! There is also an air conditioned outdoor house that can be used as an in-law suite or a playroom for the kids. Complete with lots of windows letting in sunlight and a couch comfy enough to sleep on! There is no plumbing in this cozy additional space, however. In addition, the outdoor patio areas include a large dining table with plenty of seating, a mounted television, a wet bar and a new natural gas grill.      Small pets will be considered with a pet deposit. 20 pounds or less. Pet fee $100.   The outside areas offer both covered and open areas where smoking is permitted. Smoking is not permitted indoors. You should find everything you need in the home. The whole house is open to you with the few areas that are marked private. I will be five minutes away and can be reached by phone, email or text anytime. If you are on an extended stay I will stop by periodically to check the pool and hot tub for needed chemicals. The neighborhood is on a dead end street and only about 17 homes are located in this secluded development. Most of these residents are older so please be considerate of loud music and late parties. While there are ample restaurants and shopping venues within 2 miles of my home a vehicle is greatly recommended to explore all the excellent amenities offered in and around Lake City. On street parking is frowned upon but there is ample parking in the double driveway and there’s even a motor home cement slab on the side of the house.
