1 bed, 1 bath serviced and furnished apartment in Beulah, ND! Located right on Main St you're not far from various restaurants, shops and all that Beulah has to offer! Our units include furnishings, bedding, towels, high speed internet, in building washer and dryers, pots, pans, silverware and dishware! This unit is located on the first floor of the building. Bed is queen sized! Available for daily, weekly and monthly rates - just ask! We are pet friendly, but charge a $350 per pet minimum fee. Maximum pets allowed; 2. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The window unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
