Soak up nature in this secluded, rustic cabin. The outdoor living spaces and views are just as beautiful as the inside, with its rustic southwest design. Everything in this cabin is less than a year old, including all furnishings and decor. Every detail was designed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. It's a 5 minute drive to the nearest gas station, grocery store, and casino; a 10 minute drive to downtown Ponca City and Phillips 66; and a 45 minute drive to Stillwater and Pawhuska. This cabin has a huge, beautiful deck that allows for outdoor eating, sitting, or playing games. It also features a covered porch off the back with a beautiful view that's the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee. The driveway and parking area can fit 6 standard size vehicles, and guests have access to a 1 car garage. It is surrounded by big, beautiful trees that allow you to truly feel secluded, but is on a paved road and easily accessible. The interior of the cabin features an open layout, with the living, dining, and kitchen all being open to one another in one spacious room. The living room features a smart TV with streaming capabilites, and also Dish Network. The dining room features a large round table that seats 6, that's adorned by a gorgeous antler chandelier. There is also a breakfast area featuring a small table with two chairs. The kitchen is large and open, with bar seating for 4. It's fully stocked with all dishes, cups, spices, cooking oils, pots, pans, toaster, griddle, coffee maker, serving dishes, utensils, and flatwear. We provide filtered water as well. There are two beautifully decorated master bedrooms with king sized beds with highly rated mattresses in each. Each master bedroom features a smart TV with streaming capabilites and Dish Network. There are two full restrooms downstairs, each with a shower/bath tub. The upstairs features a micro-library and work area with desk as well as a playroom stocked with games and toys. Upstairs there are two sleeping nooks with full sized beds in each, again with highly rated mattresses as well as cooling, oscillating tower fans in each sleeping area. Please note that the upstair rooms have lower sloped ceiling. The cabin is very child-friendly offering (removable) baby gates for both the top and bottom of the stairs, a high chair, pack n play, non slip mats for bathtub, white noise machine, and even sippy cups. Guests have access to the entire cabin, a one car garage, two spacious outdoor decks and patios, and the immediate acreage surrounding the cabin. The driveway comfortably allows parking for 6 standard size vehicles. The cabin is located on the side of a hill, so the driveway is a bit steep but should provide no issues pending no snow or ice. Please note that if you are booking during the winter months, and if there is snow or ice, you may need an AWD or 4WD vehicle to get up and down the driveway safely. We are available by phone, email, or message at all times if you have a concern, question, or need assistance with anything. We are from the area and would be happy to offer suggestions during your stay. The lovely thing about the location of this cabin is that there are no neighbors! You feel secluded in a beautiful wooded area but are mere minutes from town. We recommend having your own vehicle. Uber and other ride sharing apps are available in this area, but drivers are sometimes limited. There are several taxi services if needed. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup removing wipes, cotton balls, Q-Tips, feminine hygiene products, first aid kit, bug spray, sun block, and toilet paper. We also provide paper towels, paper plates, and plastic utensils in the kitchen, as well as select condiments, multiple coffee and creamer options. There is *NOT* a dishwasher. If you use the last of a product, please leave the package out so I can replace it. We provide a white noise machine that can be moved to whatever room may want it. We also provide a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen you may connect to with your phone. Wifi is available, but we are limited on what companies offer it in our location. You can connect your phones and laptop without issue, and you can stream movies on any TV, but it isn't the fastest. Streaming shows may be blurry for a minute but usually clear up quickly. Please understand that the location of the cabin is in a heavily wooded area. We have the cabin professionally treated by a pest company on the interior and exterior on a monthly basis. Please do not make up the beds you sleep in, leave them unmade or stripped. Please wash dishes you use, a drying rack and mat is provided. Please throw away your unused food items and take garbage out to the bin in the garage. We ask that you please treat our cabin with the love and respect that you would your own home. Please smoke outside only at least 10 feet away from doorways or open windows. Please utilize ashtrays and do not throw butt on ground. We do have an extra guest fee beyond 4 people to account for extra cleaning, laundry, supplies, etc. Please be sure you enter the amount of guests accurately when booking. You may have a maximum of 4 guests visit but they may not sleep over and must leave by 10pm. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. We are open to flexible check-in and check-out times, but please reach out in as much advance as you can so we can plan accordingly.
