The Vineyard

If you’re looking for extreme privacy and quiet, or just want to get away, this is it. Enjoy a relaxing stay in a very private location, in your own self-contained space. No traffic at all. Amenities include a mini-fridge, hot water pot, microwave, heater, Smart TV, and very fast WIFI (165 Mbps). Cozy. We have 200 grape vines, and a lot of fruit trees. Enjoy some privacy! The Vineyard. This room has a queen bed, small sink with cold water, a hot pot for heating water, mini-fridge, composting toilet like those seen on HDTV, Keurig coffee maker, very fast WiFi at 165 Mbps, hot outdoor shower, and a view of open space. It's very quiet and private. Guests can access the private room, composting toilet, the attached patio, detached patio, wiffle ball field, golf green, and outdoor shower. We are available as needed. Super private, quiet, feels a world away, but five minutes to the market! We are not close to any public transportation. Note: Think of this as a very nice step up from camping. You have direct access to cold water in the guest house, a composting toilet like those seen in tiny houses on HGTV, and an outdoor shower with hot water. If you wish to use a BBQ, and side burner, please let us know ahead of time so we can set it up. We do have a toddler mattress, and/or Pack and Play that can be used for little ones so please let us know if you need this ahead of time (it makes for a tight fit but it works). With the Coronavirus an issue, we've implemented significant additional cleaning procedures. For your safety and peace of mind, as well as ours, we will be cleaning and disinfecting every surface after each guest. This includes all door knobs, handles, counter-tops and any surface you may come in contact with. We also kindly request on checkout for you take two minutes to gather your used linens and place them outside as we’re currently caring for two 80 plus year old's and this simple and kind act helps us take extra precaution for their sake at this time. The property has 2 cameras located on the main house, far from your unit and are pointed at the parking area only. The cameras will be recording during reservations.
