Springhouse 1803

If you are looking for a unique place to stay, come stay at Springhouse 1803. The restoration is in the final phases and this beautiful home is ready for life again after sitting empty for 20+ years. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES, THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. This is a historic colonial house with tight steep stairs and some very low doorways and ceilings. Both sets of steps have a corkscrew turn in them. Not recommended for toddlers/young children due to steep steps. Teenagers/middle schoolers should be able to navigate the steps. We are located just outside the city limits but you would never know the city was right around the corner with the solitude of the house. Come sit on the porch and watch the birds and listen to the trickling of water. Sit in the spring room and relax and watch the water bubbling out of the ground. (closed in winter) THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, OWNER IS ON SITE If the house is ready, you can check in at 3pm, please contact me if you wish to check in before 4pm.
