Bear ridge Manor is half a mile to Peak n Peek resort. Sits on 100 acres of wilderness. On the snowmobile trail you are able to literally drive straight out the driveway onto the trails. Nice beautiful pond in the back woods with an incredible stream passing through the property. 4 hens and 1 rooster so you can collect fresh eggs every morning. Best for small or large groups such as wedding parties. One fire place one in living room. Amazing place to relax and enjoy. The space Close to Peak n Peak, Findley Lake, Chautauqua Institution. Lake Erie. Lush wilderness but close to all the amenities. Geo thermal heating with 50 solar panels. You'll have no shortage of things to do on this large property. It has been recently refurbished and decorated by international stylist, Michelle Bingham (Instagram - michbing13) to add those extra touches to this beautiful space. An abudance of beds and extra bedding that has capabilites of sleeping over 25 guests. Two master bedrooms with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. A lounge located upstairs with a 65" flat screen TV *but we suggest enjoying the scenory and being outside :P 3 Bathrooms, two of which have showers. All your showering needs will be supplied and there is also a washer and dryer located on the estate if you wish to do some laundry of your own. All kitchen utensils are supplied to make your stay feel like home, however we do suggest bringing some of your own if you like to cook extravagent meals! A bar, hot tub, pool table, fusball table, electric dart board machine and 100 acres of property... you will not be bored for one second of your stay ! Guest access All guests are welcome to park anywhere in the driveway or on the gravel paths. We ask that you do however refrain from parking on the grass. Other things to note You can book Bear Ridge Estate and Bear Ridge Manor together as they are on the same property for a total of 45 guests. We have a Spa, pool table, foosball table and electric dartboard.
