Lake Hartwell Waterfront Home - Pet Friendly!!

Summary: Beautiful water front home on Lake Hartwell only minutes away from I-85. Our home features 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, bonus den, screened porch, fireplaces and beautiful lake views. With a 150ft of shoreline, deep water, and a short walk to the dock, everything is set for a perfect day of floating, boating or fishing. Details: Our home was built in 2000 and has approximately 5000sq ft. We are located in a quiet cove with deep water and beautiful views. The home features large open spaces with water views from almost every room. Great for gathering with friends and family or for finding a quiet nook to read or nap. The main floor boast a two story great room with a large stone fireplace, a 55" TV and antler chandeliers. It is open to a well stocked kitchen and dining area. One of the master suites is off the great room with private access from the lakeside porch. A mudroom with half bath, laundry, pantry and porches round out the main floor. The second floor features a second large master bedroom with a king bed, single bed and a balcony. A second bedroom has a queen bed and its own balcony lake side. Sharing a hall bathroom, the remaining bedroom has a full bed. The third floor features a second den with futon and extra sleeping accommodations. This is a great place for the kids to hangout for games/TV etc... or just as a slumber party space. Located lakeside with access from the great room is a screened porch with fireplace that remains my favorite part of the home. From your first cup of coffee in the morning to the late night chats by the fire, this space is surely to become one of your favorites as well. Adjoining spaces include open covered porches and a grilling area with both a charcoal barrel grill and small weber grill. From here your walk to the lake is concrete and short. The dock has chairs and floats for your convenience and the lake, pasture land and trees provide the fabulous backdrop. Bring your boat/PWC or rent one from the close by marina to tour the lake. There are games, movies and puzzles to enjoy and of course plenty of books to read. So whether it is spring, summer, fall or winter there is always something to do. And don't forget, with the close proximity to Clemson and Athens, our place is a great home base for those football or graduation weekends. Pet friendly with a fee.
