That's why you will never feel like you are in some turn 'em-and-burn-em beach rental at any of our places. We provide amenities and extras beyond what you would expect in a rental. We keep our places extremely clean and well-maintained. We also update our listing photos frequently to show as much accuracy as possible as we replace old items for new. This newly updated, squeaky-clean 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo is primely located in a Sandestin community that sits practically within Grande Boulevard. The condo is equipped with super-comfy accommodations to sleep up to 9 guests plus a baby or toddler in a pac-n-play, as well as luxurious accommodations for your pup(s)! Plenty of beach towels and chairs are provided as well as an umbrella, toys, a large beach bag, and even floating mats, so you can save the $40 per day (plus tip) they will charge you for beach service! A mile from the white sand of the Emerald Coast as the crow flies, and 2 public beach accesses a short 5-10 minute drive. Guests have convenient on-property access to a beautiful pool area & fitness center. With a short 5-10 minute drive to public beaches, a mere 2 minute walk to Starbucks, Publix, and countless other shops and restaurants, guests will have a comfy, fun-filled stay on the Emerald Coast! Down feather comforters with crispy clean duvets, 100% cotton linens, memory foam and down feather pillows, tasteful décor, and a luxurious feel are some of the special touches that provide our guests with comforts of home that surpass expectations. The condo is equipped to sleep 9 adults, 2 children, and one baby or toddler. The primary bedroom sleeps two on a queen size bed. The guest bedroom sleeps five with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin size daybed with trundle. The living room area sleeps 2 on a sofa bed (with a 3 inch memory foam pad for extra comfort!) which may be used as an oversized ottoman for table space or easily folded into a couch for extra seating by day. A Cordaroy’s Nest Chair opens up into a fluffy queen size floor mattress to sleep 2. A separate couch can sleep one extra guest as needed. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets are provided. A pack-n-play is also provided for babies and toddlers and can be moved throughout the space as needed. It is equipped with a small attachable cradle for infants. You will enjoy a large living room area, dining area, bar with ample seating, balcony with outdoor furniture, fully loaded kitchen, hi-speed internet, premium cable, Netflix, a huge 65 inch flatscreen Smart TV in the living room, and a 50 inch flatscreen Smart TV in the Master bedroom. We have newly updated our condo (July of 2020) with freshly painted walls, brand new carpets, new hardware and light fixtures, new furniture and mattresses, and new bedding and pillows (March 2022). We also have recently put in brand new kitchen appliances (June 2021). Other things to note **The condo is on the third floor, and there are stairs with two landings that lead up to the entrance. There is no elevator, so this condo is not fit for those with disabilities that may require an elevator and large doorways, etc. **We LOVE dogs! We provide all sorts of extras for your pup: a large crate, food and water bowls, toys, and a comfy large dog bed! We also provide dog shampoo! 🐶🤪😂 ** We do not have enough time in between bookings to clean excessive dog hair. If your dog sheds, please clean up the hair. Dogs MUST be housebroken— No puppies allowed. Dogs must sleep in a crate or in the living room where there is no carpet. If your dog does have accidents or leave hair around the condo, please make an effort to clean it up before departure. Any damage or extra cleaning due to pets will deducted from the deposit. Take a stroll to Grand Boulevard and experience Emeril's Coastal where famous chef, Emeril Lagasse whips up his culinary masterpieces! A 3 minute drive takes you to Baytowne Wharf located along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay, within the gates of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It features an array of boutiques, eateries, galleries, and nightlife. Be sure to check out their events calendar for your travel dates, as they often have a jam-packed schedule of outdoor festivals and events for the entire family! Destin Commons has all of your favorite stores and eateries as well as Whole Foods Market. Also, take a short drive to the heart of old Destin and the Harborwalk Village adjacent to the picturesque Crab Island. Stroll along the boardwalk of Destin's famous fishing fleet to see of the catch of the day come in! Spend a day at the world famous Crab Island on the north side of Destin Bridge where pleasure boats gather everyday to enjoy the translucent, waist-high emerald green waters. This area is kid friendly! If you rent a pontoon, jet ski or kayak, you can join the party of floating restaurants and huge inflated playground. For a good bargain you can visit Silver Sands Outlet Mall just down the street! Be sure and check out Lulu's at the foot of the Mid-Bay Bridge. Lulu is Jimmy Buffet's sister, and she has created a veritable playground for children and adults alike. Southern fare at it's best!
