Minutes away from restaurants and shopping to include the Galleria Mall and Legacy West Shopping center. 25 minutes to DFW Airport. This is a 2-bedroom and 2-full bathroom apartment, with enough space to host up to 6 guests, which makes it perfect for small groups, families. Can also be utilized by executives, working professionals in town for business or couples on a romantic getaway to Dallas. Walking into the apartment the first thing you’ll see is the kitchen/living room area, comfortable and spacious enough to move around and hang out. The kitchen is stocked with essential items you’ll need to cook simple meals to awesome dinners. There are several restaurants close by if you’re not in the mood to cook. In addition to wonderful appliances there is a toaster and coffee maker, as well as cookware and tableware. A stylish table with seating for 4 for your convenience. The living room is nice and cozy and has a comfortable couch and love seat . We also provide a queen air mattress that can be used for two people to sleep. In front of the sofa there is a 43 inch flat-screen TV, so you can watch a good movie or your favorite shows. The living room has a French door that leads you to the patio. Each bedroom has a Queen-size bed to pamper you as you deserve and offer you delicious night of sleep. A small desk with a chair is available in the master bedroom a perfect place for your laptop. Connect to the WIFI and get some work done in case you need to. Both bathrooms are nice and spacious with toiletries included. There is a spacious walk-in shower in the master bedroom and a tub shower combo in the guest bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. We also offer a light breakfast consisting of oatmeal, grits, and coffee, as well as some snacks, so, if cooking isn’t your thing, we have a small part of your day covered. PARKING: We offer a free reserved parking space to our guest. Our parking space is in the parking garage. You must use the parking pass that is located in the apartment. **We are not responsible towing** Please be sure to return this upon your departure. A $100 fee will be charged for non-return of the parking pass. Visitors may park on property in visitor parking only and must register with parking control via the posted signs.
