This is a farm house style lodging with the apartment as seen,on the second floor accessible with a flight of stairs. Bathroom with stand up shower. Fully furnished Kitchen.2 Bedrooms with queen beds. There is Wifi ,TV, and work table. Located in the heart of the Upper Valley. In town on the Main Street. We are 5 miles to Dartmouth College and Hospital. Close to retail,restaurants. We have been vaccinated,would like to remain contact-free when possible. We are available if you need assistance. Before your arrival, we perform extensive cleaning and follow all the Covid-19 recommendations. Have put out a few snacks,and some bath nasalitys. Full 2-bedroom unit on second floor with your own Kitchen,Living room and Bathroom. Front porch entrance is available to you exclusively, in the spirit of social-distancing. The stairs are on the right with the apartment locked door at the top. Downstairs unit has separate entrance. We are nearby and available for your needs during your stay. We have been vaccinated, but would like to stay contact-free whenever possible. You will have you own entrance. We are located in a quaint family-oriented neighborhood on Seminary Hill. Surrounded by friendly neighbors, Sunday Church services, parks, rolling hills, and heavily forested trails, brooks, and the mighty Connecticut River. Mountain views and beautiful sunsets out your front windows. We are located near Dartmouth College and Hospital, Lebanon Airport, and the Amtrack station. Walking distance to bus pickup, and area shopping centers and dining. Bathroom and Bedroom fans have remotes and covers. ( Will remove in the cooler seasons) Heat will be on in cooler seasons. WiFi password and TV listings available in living room. Have installed a table/desk in the living room for a computer work station . Kitchen has refrigerator,stove,microwave,coffee pot and toaster. Washer and Dryer for your covenants. Parking available 10 feet from entrance in front of the building by main road.
