Blocks from town,and less than 5 min from the Springville Ranch Venue. Great location to town and locally owned restaurants. The Cottage consist of a Living Room, dining room, full kitchen, nook, laundry room and day room. A Free standing gas fireplace gives the cottage a cozy relaxing feel. Full WIFI as well as Smart Tv's. A coffee cart with all coffee Amenities. Two patios to relax in with different settings. A fire pit to sit outside and enjoy an evening of nature. Plenty of yard space to stretch and relax from the hustle of life. Gated property for privacy. The Cottage is blocks away from down town Springville. A great way into town is biking, walking or simply just driving. Parking normally isn’t an issue in town. We are just a text/phone call away. The Cottage is blocks from town. Springville is a small family community at the foot of the Sierra Navadas. This quaint town has Cow punchers Cafe, The Hamburger Stand, El Tapatio, El Nuevo, and Wild Oak Coffee House. Head over to Poor Richards Pizza and enjoy a nice slice of pie. Giffords Market is a small town grocery store where you can find most anything or check out the fine meat selection. Head over to Lake Success which is a 10 min. drive and enjoy a day of water recreation or a picnic. Or try your skill at River Island Country Club Golf Course and take in the Beautiful layout of the Sierra Foothills. Springville is the Gateway to the famous Giant Sequoia National park Park. Hiking throughout Springville as well as horseback riding is available, or just enjoy the Majestic Mountain Scenery. From the Cottage take a 25 mile drive up the hills into several quaint communities such as, PierPoint, Ponderosa, Camp Nelson, or Balch park. Continue your journey up the Hills Into The Trail of 100 Giants. But be sure to stop by and admire the General Sherman Tree as it stands tall.
