*The Dollar House*

This is a fully renovated single family home which is setup for you to have a very nice place to stay while in the area. The dollar house was a tired little place that hadn’t been lived in for over a decade! It’s fully renovated into something very special. A great place to stay and well equipped. It's private, on a safe street, close to parks and both lakes. If Albert Lea has nicer short term accommodations, we need to see it to believe it. This unit is an exceptional value! This one bedroom house is quaint and comfortable. The main level is all finished with new windows, paint, flooring, etc. The basement is unfinished and contains the laundry area (bring quarters for the laundry machines), and the first aid cabinet. It’s close to all the businesses on the South end. Close to the interstate, and restaurants and bars are within an easy walking distance. Not to mention the beautiful lakes, parks, walking trails, and pickle ball courts all are also within a short walk. But you don’t have to go anywhere because the space is simply great, stay in and order delivery. The house is on a well traveled street and is well lit at night with cameras. It’s very safe. The house and yard are at your disposal. Sorry but the garage is not available for guest access. Don’t forget to dry your clothes on the clothes line! Enjoy a true home in Albert Lea. I'm close by if anything comes up, but I generally host from afar. Text message always works well! The parks and lakes around Albert Lea are beautiful. There are plenty of places within walking distance to check out, from pickle ball courts, to walking trails and restaurants and sports bars. Downtown is a few minute drive and there's plenty going on! There's Albert Lea taxi and other buses/ shuttles that will pick you up right in front of the house. Frank Ave is close to everything, walking and especially bicycling are very easy ways to get around in Albert Lea. The long driveway is accommodating for your trailer, RV, or other type of big rig.
