La Veta Home with Beautiful Views

This house is located in La Veta, Colorado a beautiful little quaint town on the Highway of Legends in Huerfano County. It is a great location for exploring the Spanish Peaks region and the Great Sand Dunes are just an hour drive. The area offers plenty of activities such as hiking, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking or perhaps just sitting on the deck reading a book. The house is within walking distance of town with a lots of great locally owned and operated shops, bakery, grocery store. So this is a dog friendly home and there is a $50 fee per dog per stay. All dogs must be disclosed and pre approved before booking. I prefer no more than 2 dogs, but will review each request individually and approve or disapprove. No dogs are allowed upstairs! There will be a $500 fee deducted from security deposit if evidence of dogs upstairs no exceptions. I will provide a baby gate to block stairs. Guests will have full access to home and yard, and access to half of the garage. We have vehicles and personal refrigerator in the garage. I will be available during waking hours for texts and phone calls La Veta is a small town of approximately 800 residents and that number doubles in the summer months. It is 5 miles off of Highway 160 and doesn't get overrun with tourists like some Colorado towns which is makes it unique. Must have a car and no public transportations. Dogs are allowed on the first floor, but not upstairs. There is a baby gate to restrict access. There is a $50 fee per dog per stay and breed and size must be disclosed in booking request.
