Bright pleasant room close to ISU

Bright sunny room with one queen size bed, large closet, small refrigerator, Xfinity TV, Netflix, a full private bath. Kitchen and laundry access. Parking in my driveway. I share the kitchen with long term guests, longer than a week. No kitchen access after 8pm, and light cooking only, please. No big production meals. Laundry is accessible through my master suite, with permission. I live downstairs and my master suite is downstairs. This is my personal space, and I don’t expect guests to hang out downstairs. Please respect my privacy. The extra bedroom upstairs is off limits to guests. I am always accessible in person, by phone, text, email, or Airbnb messages. Grocery, restaurants, and shopping is within 2 miles. Uber and Lyft are available here in town. The bus stop is 1 block away. 1 block and 1/2 away is the Constitution Trail that goes south to Uptown Normal. It’s only a 10 minute bike ride to Uptown Normal. From Uptown Normal, there is the Amtrak station, and bus station. Amtrak goes to Chicago and St Louis. Peoria Charter bus goes to Ohare Airport.
