Top o' the Barn

Top o' the Barn is a private 2-bedroom apartment set atop a modern barn in a park-like setting at the southern end of the Sun Valley area of Idaho. Bring your skis, bikes, ATVs, and fishing poles to enjoy the great outdoors. If you prefer to stay indoors, just look out any window to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Bellevue is a small town with plenty of hospitality and a number of excellent restaurants. Or prepare your own meals in the fully appointed kitchen. Top o' the barn is located at the end of a quiet street at the southern end of Bellevue. The properties are spread out for privacy and quiet. Horses and goats can be seen along the road along with the occasional elk and deer. Top o' the Barn is approximately 1000 square feet and can accommodate 6 guests with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and a queen pullout sofa bed. You'll have your own uncovered parking and private entrance. Television and wifi services are available. The fully appointed kitchen includes gas range, double oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher along with the dishes and utensils you'll need if you choose to prepare meals. This place is perfect for anyone wishing to enjoy the great outdoors offered throughout Sun Valley with easy access to Hailey, Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Silver Creek. Your hosts live in the main house full time and are generally available either in person or by phone. At the same time, we respect your privacy and will leave you to your own devices (except for a friendly "hello" when we see you walking the property) unless you need us. By staying in Bellevue, you'll get more of a taste of the locals. Eat at 7 Fuego or grab a beer at Mahoneys. Talk to the locals, and they might share where the fish are hitting or the record of the local hockey team. We have two friendly mini donkeys that just love attention from guests. The 21 mile Wood River paved bike/walking path is just minutes from Top o' the Barn. If your vehicle can travel on Hwy 75 in the winter, you can get here. While the apartment does not have central air conditioning, we do have a floor unit that can cool most of the apartment on the rare really hot days.
