Beautiful Cottage on Lakefront

Cottage sets back from the water which provides privacy. The cottage is equipped with a full kitchen, full bath and washer/dryer. Linens are provided. There is an aluminum dock. The water is perfect for kayaking, jet skiing or small motor boats. 3 kayaks provided. There is a public beach within walking distance with a boat launch. The water is stocked for fishing. ATV trails start off the driveway. Outdoor fireplace faces water. Complete privacy with a view up the pond. Our place is close to Greenville, Kokajo, Boating, Boat Rentals, Hiking, Hunting, ATV trails,restaurants and dining, parks, Grocery Store, It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). All the comforts of home with TV, Cable and high speed internet. There is a bedroom downstairs with a double bed. There are 2 twin beds in one loft which has staircase. There is a second loft with a double bed which has ladder with hand rails access. Full use of cottage. We do not rent out individual rooms. The owner is available by phone or text and live an hour away from the cottage. Located on Piper Pond and is located 2.5 miles up from 201. Our place is close to Greenville, Kokajo, Skiing, Boating, Boat Rentals, Hiking, Hunting, restaurants and dining, parks, Grocery Store, It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups. No public transportation is available in the area. We are within a few miles of the entrance of the Appalachian Trail. There is easy access to ATV trails which open on Memorial Day.
