Wrap around covered porch with a swing to watch the sunset or overlook the 40 plus acres of rolling meadows and trees surrounding the home. You could possibly spot some deer, wild turkey, or hear the coyotes howl at the full moon. This home is very close to wedding venues, Hurricane Creek Country Club, and a short drive to downtown McKinney. The stars at night are big and bright but you still might want to bring a flashlight or two if you plan to walk in the evening. The house has gas heaters and window ac units in each of the rooms. Guess will access via code for the front door. You will check in the property with a code. You will have the place to yourselves but I will always be available by phone, email, or text if you need anything. You will be situated on the road less traveled. Expect a friendly wave from your neighbors if they pass you. The closest neighbor is about 3/4 of a mile away. Located about 3 miles off of Highway 75. Be careful of a few sharp turns and the last .5 mile is a non paved little bit bumpy gravel road. On the exterior edge of the property is a thin electric fence for cattle. Please stay clear of the fence and make sure to keep kids and animals inside the fence line. The house is in the country on a working farm. Please note that this property is located in a rural North Texas area. Although we have regular pest control a variety of indigenous wildlife may be present for your visit including but not limited to insects, non- poisonous scorpions, spiders, bees, wasps, fleas, ticks, mice, and maybe a few more.
