Spacious one story house close to Phila/AC/CH

A single floor house on a quiet street in Clementon, NJ close to the lake. With a big backyard, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big living room, and a kitchen our property offers you a relaxing stay. Close to a strip mall, there are a lot of things to do. Less than 5 minutes away is a post office, a food market/ Produce Junction, a dollar store, supermarket, amusement park and a barbershop. Traveling for business? The property is only 31 minutes from Philadelphia and there is a train nearby. We are following strict COVID-19 cleaning guidelines including a minimum of 24 hours guests, bleach, alcohol, lysol, masks, and gloves. We just set this up for airbnb so most of the furniture is new. We provide a (coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware and plates) in the kitchen. Basic tolietries (Toilet Paper, soap, and shampoo. Bed linens( sheets, blankets and towels). Check is pretty easy. It is through a lockbox, I will send a code and a Youtube video tutorial if you don't know how to open a lockbox. Generally, I won't be interacting personally with my guest. I try to answer as soon as possible phone, text, and email. It is in a busy area. It is close to Kennedy hospital, Clementon, Amusement Park, Lindenwold train station, supermarket and lots of restaurants on route 30. Amenities are within biking distance. It has a good bus system being close to a bus station that can bring you all over South Jersey/ Philadelphia area.It is also convenient to drive to a lot of places if you have one. It is 31 minutes to Philadelphia, 22 minutes to Cherry Hill/ Mt Laurel,41to NJ states Pinelands with unlimited nature excursions, 553 minutes to Atlantic City/ beaches, and close to route 30 with lots of restaurants and activities
