You will have the entire house and yard to yourselves and be the only guests on the property. We live in town and are available if you need anything during your stay. This wonderful house is located just 1/2 a block from Main Street, just one door down from the Deer Print Wine Bar. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Check out the Ryus Avenue Bakery for breakfast. Hiking around our town lakes with amazing views is only 5 minutes from the house! Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing or back country skiing up in the mountains above Cuchara. Cuchara is 15 minutes from the house. Visit the National Sand a Dunes Park for a great outing! There is plenty of street parking in front of the house or you can park in the back of the yard in the parking spaces provided.
