5br in Belmar 2 Blocks from the Beach

Our beautiful home is located across from Silver Lake in the family friendly north end of Belmar. It is two blocks from the beach and one block from a new playground. During the high summer season, we are offering a Saturday-Saturday rental with a one week minimum. Our spacious home can sleep up to 10 comfortably with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first floor has a living room, dining room, large eat in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a queen bed, sun room and laundry room. The second floor has 4 large bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a king bed and two bedrooms, each with two twin beds) a bonus room which can be used as a baby's room (pack n' play located in the house) and a bathroom. There are hardwood floors throughout the house but the upstairs bedrooms and sun room are carpeted. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the house has dual zone central air. There is an outdoor shower, a weber grill and an outdoor dining set in the large backyard where kids can play. Our home is walking distance to restaurants and shops on Main Street as well as the New Jersey Transit train to New York. Bed linens and towels will be provided. Four beach badges included with the home and we have beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys in a pushable beach cart for your use. Two adult and two kids' bicycles. FIOS cable and wireless is provided along with two flat-screen televisions. NON SMOKING ONLY AND NO PETS. NO GROUP RENTALS. Belmar hosts family friendly Friday evening concerts on Main Street and Saturday night kids movies on the beach. Jenkison’s amusement park in Point Pleasant is a 15 minute drive and you can be at Six Flags in 30 minutes. Whole Foods is a 10 minute drive away and Fresh Direct delivers to Belmar. We have parking available for three cars in our driveway and street parking is available.
