This victorian home was built in the late 1890's and has just undergone a full on, extensive revitalization. The home was modernized while continuing to embrace it's amazing heritage The entire house and yard. Garage and cellar are not accessable. We leave the property unlocked 20 minutes before the guest arrives. A nice quiet neighborhood just a block away from the historic Chase County Courthouse and the historic Downtown Cottonwood Falls business district. Parking on the street . PLEASE NOTE: "Bedroom 3" is a sunroom with a twin-size daybed and a roll-out twin trundle. The laundry closet is in this space and THERE IS NO CLOSABLE DOOR TO THE SUNROOM from the main house. PARKING: in on Elm street on the east side of the property. No events or parties please.
