Studio with private back entrance. Sliding glass doors with key lock gives you access to a private space with a double-sized bed, its own bathroom, lots of closet space, and a workstation. Full-sized air mattress available upon request. Access to parking, WiFi, and streaming TV. 7 mins to I-95. Less 30 mins drive from DC. Less than 25 mins from Baltimore. Less than 10 mins away from restaurants and shopping centers. Miles of manicured biking/walking trails, beautiful lakes, and serene ponds. This is a ground-floor space in a three-floor home. The floors above are active, but you'll have your own entrance. Like any apartment, you may hear some light noises from above as we rent out the upper area when possible. You'll have access to the entire space and a dedicated side entrance so you can come and go without having to pass through any common areas. Columbia has 90+ miles of trails so there is lots to enjoy. Driving is necessary for most things, however, there are walking/biking paths to many important areas. Columbia has a public bus system as well as access to commenter bus services to take you to DC. The space is within a few minutes' drive to I-95 and MD-175/Rouse Pkwy. There's ample free parking in the area. Simply avoid spaces marked "reserved." For longer-term guests, we ask that you take out your refuse on pickup days, which we can detail in person. Columbia separates trash from recyclable and you'll be provided with small bins in the space to help you keep them separate.
