Private Suite on Water - 9 mi from downtown Athens

Enjoy an entire floor of our custom home offered in a beautiful secluded area on Bear Creek Reservoir. It is quiet and peaceful yet convenient for shopping, dining, and all Athens and surrounding areas have to offer. Come for football weekends, parent weekends, weddings, or just to get away. Private entrance separate from the rest of the house. It is the lower level of our home, below the main level, so you may hear our family some when we are home. This space includes 1 bedroom with queen bed and a nice desk overlooking the nature and the water. Playroom for children, two half baths, kitchen, living area, pool table, and poker/card/game table. Just to note, it is not a full kitchen. The kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and single countertop burner. There are two comfy couches that can be slept on if you don’t mind couch sleeping. Pillows and blankets provided. You also have access to one floor below where you will find a full custom bathroom with double head shower and full gym. You may find one of us working out in the gym at times. You are welcome to use the gym, outdoor playscape and tree swing. I will often be home upstairs and can also interact through phone/text. Our home backs up to a 500 acre lake. The sunsets are beautiful and you can enjoy sitting on the private back balcony to sip coffee in the mornings or enjoy the sunset in the evenings. You are also welcome to walk down to the water. There is a small hill to walk down/up from driveway to private entrance at side of home.
