Pa’s hangar on the lake

Quaint loft in old theatre colony on Lake Wesserunsett. "Pa's Hangar" in memory of my dad who designed and helped build our little place. It is a studio apartment complete with handicapped shower , Cook top, microwave , roasted coffee beans (fresh from our own roaster) Verismo machine, french press AND espresso machine! 3 ways to enjoy your coffee by the lake! Our home has lake frontage and the apartment is only a one minute walk to the lake for fishing, kayaking, or just listen to the loons! year round heated apartment for 2. Quiet space within walking distance to the lake, fishing, kayaking, swimming, close to Lakewood theater. Well behaved dogs welcome!!! This is a complete self contained loft apartment with separate access. There is a chair lift for those with mobility issues. We are always nearby if you have a question. We can communicate through text, you can let yourself in and we won't bother you throughout your stay but you will be able to ask for any local recommendations or other questions. We are located near Lakewood theater and restaurant, open in summer months and both are only a stones throw away. The restaurant is a wonderful dining experience, and the theater which is the oldest running theater in the United States. In the winter there is ice fishing on the lake and Sugarloaf ski resort is less than an hour away. There are plenty of trails to hike through the woods and blueberry picking out on the island. Great bass fishing and in winter the lake is known for it's icefishing. There is a fantastic Thai restaurant in neighbouring town( skowhegan) 10 minutes away. Also a wonderful pub and fish market. We welcome all well behaved dogs and their parent(S). Please always give us the heads up about bringing your dog, and if you are bringing a puppy, please be mindful of our place and take care to not allow any chewing except for toys which we do provide. Also if your dog does have an accident in the apartment, be sure to let us know so we can treat it accordingly. Accidents happen and we are very open to being informed.
