This is a fully furnished cozy monthly rental home. This Sun-Filled contemporary newly remodeled Home is 2BR home, finished and furnished basement. This home has everything you need just stop by your local grocery store and fill the fridge and cabinets. The Space: This centrally located home has 2 bedrooms with a King and Queen Mattress and 1 full bathroom with a and cozy living room. It's located in a delightful neighborhood destination community. The home has 6' high privacy fence for you and your pets. This is a 3 floor fully furnished home with a newly remodeled basement with a new plus couch and a big-screen TV. My wife and I take pride in making sure your stay is extremely satisfying. We will insurer the home is sanitized with bleach and disinfected with Lysol before your stay. We set the home up as if it was our full-time home to enjoy. We visit the home on a regular basis to enjoy the warm modern home feeling it provides and to visit friends and family. The two beds have premium mattresses and high-quality bed sheets that make you feel like spending the day in bed. The mattresses and sheets are something you will find at a 5-star hotel paying over $450 or more per night. There is a Keurig Coffee maker and some k-cup pods and a small supply of dry cream and sweeteners for your use along with some dry spices. We only supply salt & pepper for your use. You will need to supply your own coffee cream and sweeteners if more is needed. Please notify us if you use all the dry cream and sweetener so we can resupply for the next guest at check-in. Before we consider your request for our home, we require your profile is verified by Airbnb and the reason for your stay. We also require previous host reviews and you must be 25 years of age or older to rent our home thank you House rules Please read carefully to avoid any cancellation of reservations and loss of deposit. The house rules are in effect so you and another guest can enjoy your stay at the level we provided for you. You must be 25 years or older to book our home. The property manager and family live by the home and will notify me if any of the house rules are broken. If you cannot honor the house rules, please do not book my home. Treat the home as you would treat your own...because it is while you are there! Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors are unacceptable and will result in forfeiture of your deposit and early cancelation of your reservations. No Drugs allowed on the property (including Marijuana). • No shoes inside house. Please remove shoes upon arrival • Please ensure you have left the premises and by the agreed-upon check out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty. • No smoking (of anything) inside the home. If you have the need to smoke, please step outside and away from all doors. Please do not throw your cigarette but on the ground. If caught smoking inside the unit, the host will charge guests will forfeit their deposit of $250 plus the cleaning fee to restore the unit. • Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. • Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. • There are no keys needed as the home has smart door locks. • The home has 3 outside cameras and 1 inside camera in the Laundry room. The cameras will remain on so the home can be monitored 24/7. • Please return home to the stats that it was given to you. Your cleaning fee is for a cleaning service to wash and change sheets, and light cleaning for next guest. Please place dishes and silverware in the dishwasher and run prior to leaving. Excessive cleaning needed to be deducted from your deposit... If the house is left in a messy state, we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required. • If you break or damage something, please notify me ASAP. You should find a like replacement vs paying for replacement and services fee of up to $65 per item needing replacement, this includes all kitchen wear. If needed I will arrange for the item (s) to be replacement or repair at your expense. The home is equipped with smart home technology with a Wink Hub to control lights, front door lock, and much more in the cabinet above stove. DO NOT TOUCH OR UNPLUG this and the Ring Alarm system. Please do not change the account on the Smart TV's for Netflix. Please feel free to use the account I have setup in the home for your use. If there is a malfunction in the system due to an item being unplugged or moved by a guest a service technician will be contacted and you will be charged a fee for the service call. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the home as you are responsible for all and any damage or missing items. The home must be clean before departing as the cleaning service is only to get the home back to a rentable ready condition. Please place used towels in the washer with laundry soap and softener provided and please start. Place all the dishware in the dish machine and run with dish machine soap under the sink marked Cascade on Auto. Please remove all trash from Kitchen and place out back in the trash can by the detached garage. There is no street parking out front on Thursdays between 8-4. This is a city ordinance so they can clean the streets. If your car is parked on the street on Thursdays between 8-4, they will ticket you. There is free parking 1 block down by the 7Eleven convents store to the right. Parking behind the garage should be temporary as the garbage service and other vehicles must be able to pass by with no obstruction. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules. Enjoy your stay and thank you for following the House Rules. You will have full access to the home. There are owner locked closets. The locked are in the basement laundry room area. The home is set for self-check-in This home is nestled in a very clean old Italian neighborhood close to DownTown Chicago 10 minutes from I290 expressway to City and suburbs. There are many mom and pop restaurants from Italian to Mexican cuisine. The home is about 7 minutes from a very famous Italian beef place called Jonnyy Italian Beef and Chicago dogs, (FYI: Jonnys only excepts cash) This is a nice quiet neighborhood, there is some neighborhood street noise as the fire department is down the street. The home is all brick so street noise is minimal. We require a profile photo and previous host reviews of your stays. If you do not meet these requirements please do not request to book our home. When requesting to book our home please state the purpose.
