Ludington is just a short 25 minutes drive away with Lake Michigan beaches, sunsets, walking trails, restaurants and shops. Plenty of activities to enjoy at this getaway and surrounding areas! This cottage is perfect for all types of families, couples and small groups of people! The comfortable great room includes ample seating in the living room for relaxing, talking and watching your favorite movies. The kitchen is well equipped with an extra large toaster oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee bar and seating for six. The sunporch and large deck are the perfect area for adults and kids to relax and enjoy the great outdoors and don't forget the campfire for those cool summer nights. There is an ideal space in the backyard for hammocking and taking a break from the water activities. Speaking of water activities you'll have access to the waterfront features at the beach, including playground, basketball, fishing, seating area and more. Whether you plan to play hard with tons of water/summer fun or relax in the hammock with your favorite book there are multiple activity options for you and your entire group! Please return balls/water items to their original place on sunporch when finished. You are welcome to use the gas grill on the deck please clean with grill brush and make sure gas is turned off when done using. Beach area is available for use at own risk there is no lifeguard on duty. Please use water safety practices.
