Both bedrooms on this level are each furnished with a queen bed and a lofted twin bed. Access to the lower-level covered deck with seating is located off the game room. There are 2 full bathrooms located on this level. On the middle level you will find two additional bedrooms, both furnished with king beds, Smart TVs, and direct access to the ocean facing deck with custom swinging hammock. Each king bedroom has a private ensuite full bathroom with oversized tile shower. The top floor features an open floor plan with a fresh modern style, half bath, and a furnished deck for stargazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with seating for 6, spacious quartz countertops, and all of the cookware you might need to prepare your favorite meal. The dining area comfortably seats 8, so everyone can gather at the end of a busy day. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and direct access to the ocean facing deck. Outside the home there is a fenced-in private saltwater pool with lounge chairs, hot tub, fire pit with seating for 8, charcoal grill, gas grill, and outdoor shower.
